Counter-notices

If material you submitted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact. Include your name and contact information, the URL and description of the removed material, your reason for disputing the removal, and your physical or electronic signature. If you are submitting a formal DMCA counter-notice, include the statements and consent to jurisdiction required by applicable US law.

We may forward your counter-notice to the person who submitted the original notice. Where the DMCA process applies, restoration is subject to its requirements.

Repeat infringement

Where applicable, we may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.
